2023 PEP Pass Application Process

1. The application process will be moving to a new online system called the Employment Pass (EP) eService. 3. On the first of September 2023, MOM will be implementing a Complementarity Assessment Framework (COMPASS) system to assess applicants based on their skills, experience, and qualifications. Wherein applicants will need to score a minimum of 60 points to be eligible for a PEP. This additional assessment may cause the Singapore PEP pass application to take longer.

4. The application fees will be increasing. The application fee for first-time applicants will be increased from $100 to $120. While those for renewals will be from $50 to $60.
New PEP Pass Criteria
