Our story
Lanturn Founded
In 2017, Lanturn was only composed of a relatively small team working inside a single office in Singapore, offering only corporate secretarial services.
January 2019
We’ve serviced over 200 clients across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.
October 2020
We raised 3 million USD in seed funding to enhance Lanturn’s corporate service and accounting practices and to further develop the Zave corporate service platform—among other things.
October 2021
Lanturn launches its LFS platform and fund administration services—offering businesses a breath of fresh air regarding asset management and investing.
June 2022
Lanturn reinvents its image to show the company’s growth and maturity as we move forward to greater heights in the industry. As we focus on delivering high-class service with quality technology to help, clients will be confident that they are only getting the best from us.
